Capture a site before it’s gone.

Before a redesign, archive the client’s old website so it survives after the old host pulls it offline. Captures are saved as self-contained pages you can click through like the real site.

How Capture Works

Two ways to preserve a site. Full mirrors use HTTrack (free, runs on your Mac); single pages use the one-click bookmarklet.

Full-site mirror

Best for archiving a whole site. Install HTTrack (free), then run the command from the request box. It downloads every page, image, CSS, and font into one folder that works offline forever.

Add to the library

Drop the resulting folder into captures/<slug>/ in the suite build and add one line to this app’s list. The archive then opens right here in the viewer.

Single page, instantly

Drag the button below to your bookmarks bar. On any page you want to keep, click it and it downloads a self-contained .html with images and styles baked in.
